Today's featured picture (left) is DNA a nucleic acid that contains the genetic instructions used in the development and functioning of all known living organisms and some viruses.
The main role of DNA molecules is the long-term storage of information. DNA is often compared to a set of blueprints or a recipe, or a code, since it contains the instructions needed to construct other components of cells, such as proteins and RNA molecules.

(left) is spacetime. Spacetime is a mathematical model that combines three-dimensional space and one-dimensional time into a single construct called a space-time continuum. Time plays the role of the 4th dimension. According to Euclidean space perception, our universe has three dimensions of space, and one dimension of time. By combining space and time into a single manifold, physicists have simplified a good deal of physical theory. They have described in a more uniform way the workings of the universe at both the supergalactic and subatomic levels.
